Homemaking has been an art I had to discover and teach myself over the last few years, but I feel like I have finally gotten a rhythm with the cleaning and I'm learning that it is far more important the simply just making a beautiful and esthetic home. Come join me on a journey to discovering and implementing the real art of homemaking and how it has more to do with creating an atmosphere that hosts the presence of God then just one that is nice for friends and family.

How to be productive in homemaking

I hear someone once say that a woman's monthly cycle is like the seasons of the earth and that was eye opening to me. I realized that I was trying to do all the wrong things at the wrong times of my cycle and not prioritizing certain projects but rather starting a bunch of things that never got finished. My husband and I bought our house November of 2021, it was built in 1870's and last remodeled in the 1970's and you can easily tell by looking at it.
