Here is how I break my home into the 5 different fly lady zones and what I aim to clean each month

These are the zones I have for my home and I'm going to give you a detailed description of what I attempt to achieve in deep cleaning each zone each week. I hope this can give you some ideas of how to structure your deep cleaning zones and what might be good to add to your lists.
Zone 1 Front Porch and Dining room:
Front Porch
- Sweep down cobwebs and spider webs
- Sweep off porch furniture
- Wipe off tables, banisters, mailbox, and light fixtures
- Wipe of door, door frame, and window frames
- Wash windows, including glass for storm door
- Get rid of unwanted items (and put away things that do not belong here)
- Sweep porch
- Add your own personal touches (door mat, welcome sign, pillows on your porch swing etc.)
Dining room
- Clean cobwebs
- Clean off dining table and polish
- Polish Key shelf (we have a wooden shelf with hooks that we hand our keys in in our dining room by the front door)
- Polish China cabinet
- Clean glass doors on China cabinet
- Clean window(s)
- Wipe dirt from front door (especially essential when you have a dog, toddler and are married to a tradesman)
- Clean and straighten drawers (we have a small dresser by our front door we store our hats and gloves things like that in, but this applies to drawers in your China cabinet or any other storage you have in your dining room, ie. coffee or wine bar too)
- Straighten shoes
- Dust the chairs (especially those bottom rungs)
- Dust the base boards
- Move furniture and sweep and mop underneath
Zone 2 Kitchen and laundry area (and my basement and basement stairwell since that's where my laundry is):
Kitchen
- Clean cobwebs
- Check trim and doors for dirt
- Scrub cabinet fronts
- Clean oven and stove
- Empty fridge and clean thoroughly
- Clean microwave inside and out
- Wash windows
- Wash curtains
- Clean pet dishes
- Clean canister (s)
- Wipe down appliances and empty crumbs from toaster
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins
- Move items and sweep and mop entire floor
Laundry room
- Wipe door to basement
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe down the washer and dryer
- Clean inside of washer
- Throw out empty bottles
- Empty and wipe down the trash can
- Check laundry detergent levels
- Sweep floor including stairs
- Check cleaning chemical levels and declutter unused items (I keep my cleaning supplies in my basement stair well which is why I lump that in here)
Zone 3 Living room and office:
Living room
- Clean cobwebs
- Wash curtains
- Clean windows
- Straighten book cases
- Empty and clean trash can
- Wipe fingerprints from walls and door frame
- Clean TV screen
- Dust and straighten lamps and wall decor
- Wash couch throw pillow covers and blankets
- Dust and polish end tables
- Lint roll couch and recliner
- Sweep and mop getting under furniture as best as you can
- Clean cell phones (I do this while I have my favorite electronic cleaning wipes from melaleuca out)
Office
- Remove cobwebs
- Tidy shelves
- Clear off the surface of your desk
- Throw out trash and clean trash can
- Put items in folder for Saturday (or whenever you pay your bills)
- Wipe monitor screens
- Dust furniture
- Clean glass desk and windows
- Sweep and mop entire room
Zone 4 Bedrooms and second story stairwell:
Master Bedroom
- Clean cobwebs
- Tidy and polish dressers
- Organize and declutter night stands
- Wash mattress pad and blankets
- Rotate mattress
- Wash curtains
- Clean windows
- Empty and clean trash cans
- Clean under the bed
- Pick up items and sweep floor (or since most people have carpet, vacuum)
Nursery/Child’s room
- Clean cobwebs
- Wash curtains
- Iron curtains (the curtains I made for my daughter's room get horribly wrinkled when washed but our cat spends a lot of time in there so the get loads of hair on them)
- Clean windows
- Dust dresser and toy shelf
- Straighten toys
- Rotate clothes to proper size
- Rotate mattress
- Sweep area rug (this is the only rug or carpet we have in our whole house, so we don't actually own a regular vacuum)
- Move items and sweep entire floor (or again vacuum if you have carpet)
Stairwell
- Remove cobwebs
- Dust window sill
- Dust banister/railing
- Tidy up cat items
- Sweep stair well
Zone 5 Bathroom and backroom (in our home this is an unfinished enclosed porch are we use for storage this room may not even exist in your home but you may have more bedrooms, bathrooms, or a craft room that needs care and attention):
Bathroom
- Remove cobwebs
- Wash shower curtain and liner
- Wash window curtains
- Clean window
- Clean mirror
- Declutter and tidy cabinets
- Wipe cabinet fronts
- Clean sink
- Clean soap dish
- Clean shower
- Throw away empty bottles
- Clean toilet
- Clean toilet brush, plunger and their bowls
- Clean baby potty
- Clean scale
- Empty trash can
- Clean spray pale (this is a gadget for our cloth diapers, subscribe Here if you want to hear more about that in the future)
- Wash towels
- Sweep and mop entire floor
Back room
- Clean cobwebs
- Wash curtains
- Wash window
- Wipe down doors
- Organize belongings
- Take back bottles
- Throw away trash
- Break down and take out recycling
- Sweep floor
- Vacuum in crevices
And that is how I clean my whole house once a month. Honestly it is way less intimidating when you look at it like this and I have been way more successful at the cleaning part of homemaking since starting this. I also want to add that this is what I hope to get done but I'm not always successful at it. The reason I love this though is because it's not a big deal if I miss a few things every now and then because my home is still much cleaner than it used to be and its less overwhelming because I only need to focus on one zone at a time rather than being overwhelmed and distracted by the whole rest of the house. Another reason I love this is because it is totally customizable to your needs and your capabilities. My lists here are not the same as the ones that come in the app (linked below), they're not the same as I have seen others set up, and they won't be the same as yours either but that is okay. You can work it to fit your life and be as detailed or not as you want to be or need to be for your schedule and home.
